Deep Roots Therapy

Integrative Psychotherapy in South East London & Online

Welcome

Embark on a transformative journey: nurturing healing, resilience, and growth through integrative art psychotherapy.

Welcome to Deep Roots Therapy

Hi, I’m Heather Gani, a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist registered with the HCPC and BAAT. At Deep Roots Therapy, I provide a safe and welcoming space for you to explore your healing and personal growth.

As a trauma-informed therapist, I use personalised approaches to support your unique needs. My own journey has shown me the value of self-discovery and the power of healthy relationships in finding meaning and purpose in life. I focus on creating an environment where you can reflect on your experiences and emotions. This reflective practice helps you gain insight and deeper understanding of yourself. By working together, we will enhance your self-awareness and emotional engagement through practical techniques that build self-compassion, peace of mind, and acceptance.

In our collaborative relationship, I emphasise open communication and mutual support. This partnership allows us to explore patterns in your thoughts and behaviours, helping you understand how past experiences shape your present. The name "Deep Roots" reflects my belief in addressing the core aspects of your emotions, which can strengthen your connection to your life purpose. Through our work, you will develop evidence-based tools to empower yourself and express your authentic self, enabling you to navigate life's challenges with greater ease.

My holistic approach combines art therapy, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and positive psychology, creating a comprehensive support system for your well-being. I am dedicated to helping you find resilience and foster lasting change as you embark on your healing journey.

Group Sessions:

Working in an ongoing therapy group provides us with the opportunity to learn about how we relate to ourselves and others. Witnessing others work in a trusting environment can enable us to share more of ourselves and get feedback on how others see and respond to us. We can develop new ways of communicating and connecting with others. Please contact me regarding group session fees.
